Situated in Far North Queensland, my hobby farm is both a sanctuary and a source of inspiration. It’s here that our handcrafted spice jams, chili jams, kimchi, and Asian-style salads are crafted. Drawing from age-old recipes and premium ingredients, each product is a fusion of tradition and my personal touch.
